Upon approval returns must be insured and postmarked back to us within ten business days from you receiving the merchandise, and must be unused and in the original condition it was shipped to you in order to process the return. The return shipping and insurance charges are paid by the customer. All special and custom orders are final sale.

All Simon Alcantara jewelry is handmade in New York. We instill great care, craftsmanship and meaning into each piece as our collectors can attest to. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry and the limited availability of some materials, your order may take longer. In that case we will inform you of the estimated delivery date. In the end you will receive a beautiful piece of jewelry that you will treasure for years to come and pass along to loved ones.
