 COLLECTION INSPIRATION

For the Nuntius collection  I was inspired by  the inherent power of stillness be it mental or physical and the original spiritual and mystical concepts of adornment. I was also thinking about androgyny, mythology, new ways of communicating that are more visual and the power of music and movement in its purest form. I was  inspired by Patti Smith and the  jewelry made by Robert Maplethorpe utilizing feathers, crystals and leather thong.   Finally and most importantly I was thinking about freedom, the freedom to be a creative, authentically expressive being with something positive to share with the world.
